Personal data that we process
KuilCoaching processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process from contact seekers and coachees:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
If you use one of the services, it is possible that notes are made during the coaching trajectories or training. These notes may contain personal and/or confidential information.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
The website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@kuilcoaching.nl , and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
KuilCoaching processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide services.
- To be able to send you a brochure or other material upon your request.
KuilCoaching takes notes to apply certain theories and methods to your personal question during courses or training, in order to provide you with insight and facilitate your personal growth.
KuilCoaching analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
Automated decision-making

This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of KuilCoaching) in between.
How long we store personal data
KuilCoaching does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

* Explanation regarding notes made in coaching trajectories or trainings: During the session or training in question you have the opportunity to take pictures of this. Notes will be destroyed by us after the session or training.
Sharing personal data with third parties
KuilCoaching only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Notes taken during courses and training will never be shared with third parties unless you have given explicit permission to do so.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by KuilCoaching and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@kuilcoaching.nl . To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. KuilCoaching would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. KuilCoaching takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
