> About me

I am Erik Kuil, and since 2015, I have been working as a certified career coach (ICM) for individuals and businesses.

At Fontys, I previously worked as a career coach for hundreds of teachers. Additionally, I gained experience guiding job seekers at De Krachtcentrale013. Since 2019, I have been active on behalf of Traject Consult, where I supported individuals over 45 in their search for suitable work. I also provided fear-of-failure training to teachers of Social Studies (Fontys) in Tilburg, using the self-determination theory of Edward Deci and Richard Ryan – a positive, applied form of psychology.

Furthermore, I completed various courses in provocative coaching, including with Karen Walthuis in Amsterdam. I also took training on handling resistance, offered by the IEP in Nijmegen. For employers, I am well-known for coming up with solutions related to settlement agreements. Since 2023, I have also been working as a teacher coach at Curio in Breda.

Hello everyone, I got Erik as a substitute history teacher in the middle of this school year. Even though I haven't had any actual sessions with Erik, I have talked to him a lot. He is a very kind and relaxed person with a lot of experience and gives great advice. Monday will be my last lesson with him, which I find really unfortunate.
